Please join me in giving a warm welcome to Brian Mussared, our newest Supervisor at The Children's Place Distribution Center!
Brian brings over 25 years of manufacturing experience, having worked his way up from the floor. He has spent the last 8 years in supervisory roles, and he's excited to bring that hands-on leadership style to our team. Brian is especially passionate about problem-solving and is always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others.
In his own words, Brian’s short-term goal is to “work alongside my team as I get to know them, and help them grow and progress here at TCP.” That’s the kind of spirit we love to see!
A few fun facts about Brian:
He’s a proud Georgia Bulldogs fan
He’s a father of 7 and a grandfather of 5
He has served in the Tennessee Army National Guard for 18 years. Thank you for your service, Brian!
We’re excited to have Brian on board and can’t wait for you all to get to know him. Be sure to say hello!
We’re excited to welcome Brandon Rubidoux to the SEDC team as our new 2nd Shift Operations Manager!
Brandon is a proud Auburn graduate who brings a wealth of experience and leadership to his new role. After serving in the Army, he transitioned into the distribution industry, spending the past seven years focused on order fulfillment and e-commerce operations at Target. His background has shaped his strong foundation in logistics and people leadership.
What drew Brandon to The Children’s Place? During his initial visit, he was impressed by the positive energy and strong culture of our building—especially the dedication of our long-tenured associates. Now, he’s looking forward to continuing to build on that legacy, fostering meaningful relationships across all levels of the team.
Brandon’s leadership style is grounded in fair treatment, clear priorities, consistent guidance, and attention to detail. His first goal is simple but impactful—getting to know the team. From supervisors to associates, he’s eager to learn, listen, and grow alongside all of you.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys golfing, watching sports, and canoeing when the weather’s right. A fun fact? He’s a proud dad of twins!
His message to the team is one of encouragement: “Have a good attitude and stay positive. The distribution business is always evolving, and a positive mindset makes all the difference when navigating change.”
Please join us in giving Brandon a warm TCP welcome!

As summer approaches, we would like to remind associates about our standards for professional attire in the workplace. An associate’s appearance should be neat and clean, and associates must professionally present themselves at all times. Associates may wear appropriately fitting casual attire, such as jeans, sweatshirts, sneakers, and tee shirts, as long as it is consistent with our dress code. Items including ripped, stained, dirty, or wrinkled clothing; open back, open arm, spaghetti strap (less than 3 inches), or bare midriff garments; and clothing that reveals the back, chest, feet, stomach, undergarments or excessive cleavage are not appropriate and are inconsistent with our dress code. Additionally, all associates are required to adhere to safety guidelines. For safety reasons, open-toe shoes, loose-fitting clothing, or clothing with tears or holes that could get caught in equipment must not be worn. Also, hair must be above the shoulders, even when worn up. If you have any questions about the dress code, please see your operations supervisor.
