Featured TCP Benefit - Employee Assistance Program

Working at our PLACE means having access to a wide range of benefits and perks!  We are featuring our global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all associates.  Please note you do not need to be enrolled in TCP Benefit plans to take advantage of this program.

TCP's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided by our trusted partner, Spring Health.  This program is company sponsored and is available at no cost to you and all members of your household.  This includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home. 

Our goal is to provide you and your family with information, referrals, and support to help you reach personal goals and bounce back from hardships.  

Services are confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – including but not limited to the following:

• Emotional well-being support

• Daily life assistance

• Online resources

• Legal services

• Financial services

Stork Club

Stork Club is now available through your TCP benefits. Stork Club will assist with fertility and family building resources for all full time associates enrolled in the Blue Cross Medical Plans.
